Attention Donnelley Financial Solutions customer,
As part of our ongoing development efforts, we are implementing enhanced password security protection on the SENDD platform. These enhanced security features are usual and customary and will better protect your account against potential threats such as hacking and account intrusion.
Effective August 3, 2014, all SENDD customers will be required to adhere to the new Donnelley Financial Solutions password security policy. If users incorrectly enter their passwords more than five times, they will be locked out and asked to reset password. All passwords MUST:
- Be changed every 180 days
- Be a minimum of 8 characters
- Must contain 3 of the 4 following characteristics: at least one number character, one uppercase character, one lowercase character, or one special character.
- Be unique from the previous passwords used
- Be different than your login ID or a variation of your login ID
